Its been a month since we moved in. Nothing much, selesai berkemas sudah! The day we moved in is the day when we celebrated Mirza’s 2nd birthday party…COWBOY style! yeah! We like outdoor, so we decided to do it at 53, Pelangi Semenyih. Walaupun time tu tengah tunggang langgang lagi baru pindah…lantak hahaha.

Setelah tension tension tension sejak pagi - kerja belambak+meeting belambak+babysitter Mirza cuti=GILA TENSION sampai menangis dalam kereta bersama-sama anak …at the end of the day, finally something makes me smile

Thank you to Mr.Lee, taukey kitchen cabinet yg telah me-rainbow-kan my day selepas ofis hour (which is half-day di ofis bersama Mirza)..we went to tgk apakah hasil kitchen cabinet yg start pasang today. Estimated to take 3 days to complete. Below are the pics of 1st day kitchen cabinet & walkin wardrobe installation:

Living & Dining are almost complete, lampu, kipas dah pasang. Cuma tak boleh nak cuci betol2 sebab stil habuk2, waiting for Apek to do final touch-up. Some photos of our living & dining..

Kipas + Lampu..I Like! hehe letak kat dry kitchen @ family dining area. Bila off kipas, dia kuncup. Bila on kipas, dia kembang dan start pusing. Lampu boleh on/off anytime.

Dari 3 kontraktor lampu yg datang ke rumah, we strongly reccommend this one kontraktor pasang lampu/kipas/electrician, nama dia En.Azham. Seriously very the bagus. So to those yg duduk area2 Semenyih/Kajang/Bangi dan sewaktu dengannya, silalah contact En.Azham ni. (sapa nak contact number dia sila email me at maiz_malik@yahoo.com).

Last nite was our first nite sleep-over at 53,Pelangi Semenyih…bestnyaaa, can’t wait to move in! hehe renovation tak totally complete, tapi sebab kipas dah pasang and few lampu dah pasang, cuba try test tidoq kat sana. Satu malam saja..and ada lah barang sikit2 from apartment ni yg dah pindah pi Semenyih. Photo of our living room and dining area below taken from my mobile:

Plastik kat lampu pun tak bukak lagi hehe takut habuk huhu. barang pun beselerak lagi.

Lighting from L-Box Plaster Ceiling..tapi dah mintak kedai tukar, I want a ‘cool daylight’ tapi depa bagi ‘warm’ punya lampu.kekuningan abihhhh ish ish ish. *Toshiba fridge yg dapat free-bila beli rumah ni dulu haha

Actuallynya, aku pun tak tau lah what n where’s gone wrong, tapi memang the renovation tak complete lagi. Tapi aku rasa antara penyebabnya ialah:

1. Kontraktor & worker dia (org wiring,org plumbing,org pasang tiles ++) suma base at Seri Kembangan..and for them Semenyih adalah jaaauuuhhhhhh nak wat cmana, I live in Seri Kembangan, I know people around here saja heehe…So few problems there, diorang takmau selalu ulang alik to Semenyih, penghantaran barang pun tergendala etc.

2. Me & Jimmy very very busy at work lately…very the very..no time to visit our new house, rumput pun hidup segan mati pun segan huhuhu. Kontraktor ni, kalau kita tak kejar, depa pun relaaaxxxxx aarrrr,at the same time ada pojek at a few rumah lain lagi..nak pulak member kan hmmm

Setelah tahap kesabaran telah maksima..haaaaaaa…mau tak mau we have to make time to monitor our house renovation and kejar the kontraktor to finish up ASAP. So far so good….

Puan Rumah: *sigh*..bila lah buleh bukak sofa baru ni…dah sampai tapi kena bungkus ngan plastik jek huhuhu

Plaster ceiling, lampu tengah pasang..gambar blom ada hehe…tungguuuu

Grill dah ada, kecuali at extended wet kitchen. Grill at sliding door and main entrance buleh fold ke tepi, i like.

Railing tangga yang Puan Rumah cat sendri tauuu…perasan tak kaler cekelat semua before this, ha dah tukar ke grayish tone and dark brown for the handle.

Finally, extended wet kitchen area pujaan hatikuuu blom siap sepenuhnya, need some tiles and finishing…

Ok, sementara menunggu renovation siap…some thots here…

on menyidai kain di depan rumah: applicable to landed houses je kot..selama tinggal kat apartment takde plak masalah nih hehe
I think some people thinks that it is ok to sidai kain di depan rumah or pagar yg dikongsi bersama jiran sebelah, ye ke? ok ke? coz most of people I know sangat hate the idea of menyidai kain di depan rumah, walaupun menyidai di atas penyidai..tapi letak depan depan rumah. mencacatkan pemandangan kan? tambahan pula kalau dia sidai di atas pagar yg di share dengan jiran ituuu..atau menarik tali rafia dari pagar ke pagar..or dari pagar ke tiang signboard di luar rumah..which sits in between ur house and hers. The backyard is there, please use it. hmmm…how to handle this kind of thing ha? hehe
