Insyaallah, went to see the progress lst 2 weeks. Sales office dh x de, shifted to the shop lot….hmmm x lama lg naik le Pizza Hut & KFC outlet tu. Tak rugi kita beli kt situ, I was told by staff in Metro Kajang……the property value kt fasa 7A & 7B tu dh naik up to RM200k utk intermediate lot. You beli corner lot….mesti value dh naik mcm bom punyer.

Salam, we just booked a house, phase 7B. It was an intermediate house. (itu je dlm bajet) Initially Semeyih was in my list but when we went to see the show house…we just fall in love. Especially my wife…hahahhahaha. The house is spacious! Anyway…selamay masuk rumah baru. Kami, insyaallah end of next year

aler M.YUSOF..macam tak dapat jek before raya huhu. I called Metrokajang, they said dalam bulan Sept or Oct 08 dapat kunci…tapi ntah lerrr..tgh tunggu CF katanya..I wishh dapat before rayaa hehe
